At Mark & Emily New York, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may be eligible to return your item. This Return Policy explains the conditions, process, and limitations of returns.
1. Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth and fair return process, the following conditions apply:

You may only request a return after physically receiving the product.

Return shipping costs are fully the customer’s responsibility, including international postage and any customs fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is strictly prohibited.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention to return part of the order is not permitted.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or improper handling may be rejected.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please follow the steps below:

Submit your return request via info@markemily-newyork.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or international shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method to avoid issues during transit.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is received at our supplier’s warehouse and approved after quality inspection:

Your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a processing error on our side.
4. Liability Limitations
To maintain fairness and clarity:

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking status shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, all responsibility and costs fall on the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

Returns shipped without track & trace are at the customer’s own risk.
